How to Cancel or Reschedule:
Online Cancellation:
- Log into Your Account: Access your SuperZen customer portal
- Find Your Appointment: Locate your scheduled service appointment
- Select Cancel/Reschedule: Choose the appropriate option
- Provide Reason: Let us know why you're cancelling (optional)
- Confirm Changes: Review and confirm your cancellation or new appointment

Cancellation Policy:
Advance Notice:
- 24 Hours or More: No cancellation fees
- Less than 24 Hours: May affect future appointment scheduling
- No-Show: May require prepayment for future appointments
Rescheduling:
- Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before appointment
- Subject to availability of new appointment slots
- Priority given to existing customers for rescheduling
Emergency Cancellations:
